WSG Trading ehf (WSG), an export company based in Iceland, was established in 2017 by Mrs. Wendy Snaeland Gubjartsson. Wendy started her trading business from scratch and has been in the global seafood trading for over 30 years.
WSG is specialised in exporting seafood to Southeast Asia, China, Europe, USA, and North America. All our products are of high quality from Iceland and other countries, which are varied from fresh to frozen and dried seafood, such as Atlantic cod, Atlantic Mackerels, Flounders, Whelks, Red Fish, Dried and frozen Sea Cucumbers, Dried Fish Bladders, Dried Fish Skin, Canned cod liver etc., to name a few from our large products range.
In view of the growing market in China, we have specially developed a new product line of Atlantic farmed salmon, Arctic Charr and lamb meat products to accommodate for their needs.
We have also maintained a solid connection with our long-time business partners in Japan, New Zealand, Malaysia, Korea, China, Hong Kong, Israel, USA, Canada, Europe, as well as some South America and Africa countries. These connections have brought us business opportunities to supply our products to their clients too. Likewise, we are also collaborating with other fish factories to supply us with fish products that are in high demand.

Thanks to the high demand of Icelandic fish products, coupled with my vast experience in seafood trading and strong clientele base, as well as close connections with different exporters and manufacturers, both at home and abroad, our business has been flourishing and continue to grow; and we commit to provide quality service for our clients worldwide.

Atlantic cod, Atlantic redfish, haddock, saithe, lumpfish, Atlantic mackerels, flounders, skate, blue whiting, capelin, shrimps, whelks, sea urchins and other seashell products.

FISH BY PRODUCTS

Cod roe, Cod stomach, cod milt, cod roe paste in drums, salmon roe, codfish skins, cod liver oil

DRIED SEAFOOD

Dried sea cucumbers, dried fish bladders, fish skin snacks, shell seafood, and salted seafood.

NEW PRODUCT – LAMB MEAT PRODUCTS

At last, lamb meat products for China markets have been approved and registered. We can deliver the lamb products to China in cooperation with the only Lamb Meat Processor Plant in Iceland that is approved for China.

FARM SALMON PRODUCTS

The Iceland Atlantic Salmon and Arctic charr have just been approved for China. We can now export these farmed fish to China.

We believe the Arctic Charr fish will get more attraction in China market, the Arctic Charr is a new type of trout fish, much better texture and taste then the Atlantic salmon can appeal to the consumers in our views.
