Cod tongue is a small muscle extracted from the back of the Atlantic Codfish’s neck. It is a delicacy for Chinese dishes or served as an appetizer. Cod tongues can be steamed, pan-fried or stir-fried. Some people like to make slightly salted cod tongues. However cod tongues are becoming the expensive fish by-products now due to the short supply.
